Records
The tamper-evident logbook of the app: who did what, and when. System events are recorded immutably (append-only); manual cases – on safety, maintenance or incidents – are tracked with a status. You read it as a chronological timeline.

Two kinds of entries
System events (created/updated/deleted, sign-in, permission change, export/import) are captured automatically and are immutable – they are the evidence. You create cases yourself via “Create record”: title and time are required, plus category, severity and a note. A case can be edited while it is still “open”.
Immutable – corrections as a new entry
A record is never overwritten or deleted – that is its whole value. If something is wrong you add a correction that points back to the original entry; the detail view shows the full chain under “Corrections”. This keeps the original state visible (GoBD traceability).
Linked record & timeline
Every event can name the affected record (e.g. “Vehicle B-MZ 1234”). The timeline groups everything by day, and within the day by time. In the list you filter by kind, category, severity, event type and person and search title/note.
Roles, privacy & retention
Admins and dispatchers see everything and manage cases; staff may report their own incidents and see only their own. Log data is personal data: it serves security and audit only – not performance or behaviour monitoring (GDPR Art. 32; subject to co-determination under § 87 (1) no. 6 BetrVG where a works council exists). The retention date is shown on every entry; incidents are kept for 5 years (DGUV Rule 1 § 24 (6)).

Dashboard
The dashboard is your home screen: an operational overview of every area you have access to – a traffic light per area, numbers that need action, a 30-day due-date timeline and status distributions.
M02Settings
This is where your company's central settings live, used by all other modules.
M03Data import
Move your existing data into Usable effortlessly: upload a file (CSV; just save Excel as CSV), columns and the delimiter are auto-detected, duplicates flagged — then import.
M04Users
This is where you manage who has access to the app, what state each account is in (invited, active, deactivated) and which role and permissions each person gets.
