What you do here
You see a list of settings, grouped by category, with label and value. Use „Add setting“ or „Edit“ to set category, key, label, type and value; the key is the technical identifier and should not be changed.
Type and value
The type defines how the value is treated: Text, Number, Yes/No or JSON for complex entries. A value that does not match its type can break other modules, so pick the type that fits the content.
Tips
Use „Active“ to switch a setting on or off without deleting it – inactive entries are not applied. The „Active“ and „Inactive“ tabs together with the type search help you find entries quickly. Only admins may add, edit and delete; dispatchers can only view settings.
Brand, company & region
The central keys for brand (brand.*), company master data (company.*), region/language and portal are created and protected – other modules read them by key. The company details (name, address, VAT ID, register court and number, managing directors) are the source for your imprint (§5 DDG) and the mandatory details on business letters (§35a GmbHG, §37a HGB). Brand, color and logo are edited comfortably under „Design & brand“. Protected entries can be switched off (Active off) but not deleted, because other modules rely on them.

Dashboard
The dashboard is your home screen: an operational overview of every area you have access to – a traffic light per area, numbers that need action, a 30-day due-date timeline and status distributions.
M03Data import
Move your existing data into Usable effortlessly: upload a file (CSV; just save Excel as CSV), columns and the delimiter are auto-detected, duplicates flagged — then import.
M04Users
This is where you manage who has access to the app, what state each account is in (invited, active, deactivated) and which role and permissions each person gets.
M05Records
The tamper-evident logbook of the app: who did what, and when. System events are recorded immutably (append-only); manual cases – on safety, maintenance or incidents – are tracked with a status. You read it as a chronological timeline.
