Invite & onboarding
With "Invite user" you create a person with name, email, role and language. The account starts as "Invited" — the invitation has an expiry date. If it expires (flagged in red), resend it with "Resend invitation". Once the person activates their account (password/SSO) they become "Active".
Status & access
An account is either invited, active or deactivated. Instead of deleting, use "Deactivate": the person loses access immediately but stays in the history (important for accountability, Art. 32 GDPR). "Reactivate" restores access, "Change role" adjusts permissions straight from the list. You can see the last sign-in on the detail page.
Deletion & data-subject rights (GDPR)
"Deactivate" is not deletion. If a person requests erasure of their data (Art. 17 GDPR), use "Anonymize account": name, email and phone are removed irreversibly while the record itself is kept anonymously so protocol and history references don't break. Only administrators may invite, edit, deactivate, change roles and anonymize.
Users vs. personnel records
This module manages the login identity (who may sign in). The detailed personnel record (department, contract, employment type) lives in the "Personnel" module, linked to the same person via the profile — this avoids duplicate maintenance.

Dashboard
The dashboard is your home screen: an operational overview of every area you have access to – a traffic light per area, numbers that need action, a 30-day due-date timeline and status distributions.
M02Settings
This is where your company's central settings live, used by all other modules.
M03Data import
Move your existing data into Usable effortlessly: upload a file (CSV; just save Excel as CSV), columns and the delimiter are auto-detected, duplicates flagged — then import.
M05Records
The tamper-evident logbook of the app: who did what, and when. System events are recorded immutably (append-only); manual cases – on safety, maintenance or incidents – are tracked with a status. You read it as a chronological timeline.
