Dashboard
The dashboard is your home screen: an operational overview of every area you have access to – a traffic light per area, numbers that need action, a 30-day due-date timeline and status distributions.

What you do here
You see at a glance where it hurts: every area carries a traffic light – red as soon as something critical is open (an overdue deadline, say), amber for open items, otherwise green. The most urgent areas come first. Below sits the 30-day due-date timeline (overdue / this week / later) and how your data splits by status. Each tile and entry jumps straight into the matching area.
Tips
Which areas, entries and distributions appear depends on your role and on which areas are enabled – each metric hides itself automatically when the matching area is missing or your role may not see it. That way every department sees only its own area. “Customize” hides and restores areas, “Rules” sets per area when the light turns amber or red. Both apply company-wide and require the right to configure the cockpit.

This is where your company's central settings live, used by all other modules.
M03Data import
Move your existing data into Usable effortlessly: upload a file (CSV; just save Excel as CSV), columns and the delimiter are auto-detected, duplicates flagged — then import.
M04Users
This is where you manage who has access to the app, what state each account is in (invited, active, deactivated) and which role and permissions each person gets.
M05Records
The tamper-evident logbook of the app: who did what, and when. System events are recorded immutably (append-only); manual cases – on safety, maintenance or incidents – are tracked with a status. You read it as a chronological timeline.
