Checklists lets you build inspection templates, publish them as a version, and run recurring inspections on subjects such as vehicles, machines or locations.

What you do here

Under Versions you maintain the template: add or edit categories with label, sub-points and hint, then release them via 'New version' and 'Publish'. In 'Run inspection' you pick the subject, rate each item, optionally add location and notes, and finish with your signature.

Understanding status

Each item is marked 'OK', 'Defect' or 'Skipped'. The 'All OK' column in submissions shows at a glance whether an inspection was free of defects; 'Published' marks the valid template version.

Tips

Only Admin and Dispatcher may change templates; Drivers run inspections and see only their own submissions. Sort submissions by date to quickly find the latest inspection of a subject.
