Surveys lets you build your own questionnaires, distribute them internally or externally, and use plan rules to control who answers which questions when.

What you do here

Under Questionnaires you build forms from questions (scale, yes/no, choice, text, number, date) and publish a version. Under Recipients you maintain who answers (internal, external anonymous, external pseudonymous). Under Plan rules you set when a form is delivered (calendar, relative to enrolment, by an event, or manually) and under what condition. Under Responses you see answers and trends.

Internal vs external

Internal respondents are users in the system (with a role). External respondents fill in via a magic link, without an account: anonymous (e.g. NPS) or pseudonymous-recurring (a stable id such as 'K-2087' over time, e.g. a guided client with a daily check-in). Externally only the pseudonymous id is visible, never a real name.

Tips

A plan rule is trigger × cadence × condition. Daily check-in example: trigger = relative (from enrolment) or calendar (daily), cadence = recurring until end, condition optional. A follow-up rule can hang off an event (e.g. low score → reflection form).
