SharedSales runs your opportunities as a pipeline board by stage – from the first lead to the won deal – with activities per opportunity.
What you do here
On the board you drag opportunities between the stages Lead, Qualified, Proposal, Negotiation, Won and Lost – the stage saves instantly. Use „New opportunity“ to capture title, customer, value, probability and expected close date and assign the opportunity to an owner. In the detail view you log activities such as calls, meetings, emails, notes and tasks in the timeline.
Tips
Use the tabs and filters in the list to quickly find open opportunities or already won deals. Set the probability realistically and keep the expected close date current – overdue dates are highlighted. Use „Won“ and „Lost“ to close an opportunity with a single click.
