What you do here
The „Unread“ tab holds everything that still needs your attention; „All“ shows the running history and „Archive“ what you cleared away. Tap an entry for details – opening it marks it read. The action menu lets you mark entries read/unread, move them to the archive, or clear your whole inbox at once with „Mark all as read“.
Kinds, reference & visibility
Every notification has a kind – Info, Warning, Task, Reminder or System – whose colored badge makes important items stand out. Many notices point to a record (such as the due task or inspection); the linked title is shown in the detail. You only see notifications addressed to you plus general broadcasts to everyone – visibility follows permission, not just the recipient field.
Automation & housekeeping
Reminders are created automatically for upcoming tasks, appointments, inspections and maintenance – you don't create them yourself. When sending, an empty recipient field turns the notice into a broadcast to everyone with read access. Cleared history is not a record you must retain and is removed automatically after a retention period, so the inbox doesn't grow forever. Email/push delivery and quiet hours are set in your notification preferences.
