SharedHere you run one or more blogs/channels for company news, sort posts into categories and publish them for internal and external communication.
What you do here
Under „Blog channels“ you create one or more blogs (e.g. „Company news“ or an internal team blog) and structure them into categories. Use „New post“ to capture title, summary and the content in Markdown, pick blog and category, add tags and a cover image. On the board you move posts through the editorial pipeline from draft to published; use „Pin“ to keep important items on top.
Public & RSS
Switch a blog to „Public“ so its published posts appear in the public RSS feed and can be read without signing in. Drafts and posts of internal (non-public) blogs always stay internal and never show up in the feed.
Tips
Use the list tabs and filters to switch quickly between drafts, published and archive or to narrow down by blog and category. Creating, editing, deleting and publishing are reserved for admin and dispatcher; staff may read posts and write their own drafts, while publishing is handled by management.
