Translation
Content from your modules appears in the language each user has set — orders, descriptions, reports. The original is always one tap away.
How it works
Only what someone actually opens gets translated — not the whole database up front. A list shows the original immediately and swaps in the translation once it arrives. A sentence is translated once, no matter how many records contain it.
What is never translated
Names, companies, licence plates, numbers and dates are left alone — otherwise search breaks. And anything classified as personal or health data never leaves the database: care documentation, medication and chat content are not machine-translated. That is not a setting, it is built in.
Languages and cost
You set the languages your team needs in Settings. Translation consumes a quota; once it is used up the app keeps showing the original — you never get a surprise bill. You can override any translation that does not fit, and your correction is never overwritten by the machine.

Dashboard
The dashboard is your home screen: an operational overview of every area you have access to – a traffic light per area, numbers that need action, a 30-day due-date timeline and status distributions.
M02Settings
This is where your company's central settings live, used by all other modules.
M03Data import
Move your existing data into Usable effortlessly: upload a file (CSV; just save Excel as CSV), columns and the delimiter are auto-detected, duplicates flagged — then import.
M04Users
This is where you manage who has access to the app, what state each account is in (invited, active, deactivated) and which role and permissions each person gets.
