External access
Give partners, suppliers or customers access to exactly the records that concern them — without making them staff members.
What you do here
You create one access per external company: who it is bound to, which module is shared, and until when. They sign in with their own email and then see only their own company's records — nothing else, and no other external access entries.
Invite and accept
A new access starts as “Invited”. It only becomes “Active” — and takes effect — once the person has registered. Until then it grants nothing. To end it, set it to “Revoked”: access stops immediately, the records themselves stay untouched.
Worth knowing
External access is not a role. External users inherit nothing from the permission matrix; they have only what their access grants them. Anyone working for several companies needs one access per company — each company's data is separate and stays that way.
