Member master
SharedThe central member master: maintain all club members with their core data, membership, fee and contact details in one place – independent of the app login.
What you do here
Create members and maintain person data (first name, last name, member number, birthday), membership (join date, member type, status), fee (amount, fee year, paid/unpaid) and contact details (email, phone). This master is the club anchor and is not tied to login accounts – it describes the member, not the access. On the board you move members between Active, Inactive and Honorary; in the calendar you see upcoming birthdays.
Tips
Use the Active, Inactive and Honorary tabs plus the „Fee unpaid“ tab to quickly find outstanding fees – nothing is deleted on departure, the status is set to Inactive instead so the history is preserved. Use „Mark paid“ and „Mark unpaid“ to set the fee status with one click. Enter your own member types (e.g. active, supporting, youth) as free text; add your own fields via the settings without needing a migration.
Who sees what
Admin and dispatcher can create, edit, delete members, set the status and mark the fee as paid or unpaid. Drivers only have read access to the directory and cannot change anything themselves.
