Choose the number of trucks and your company code, pay through Stripe. Cancel monthly.

We set it up
Within two working days your own instance is ready: a separate database in the EU, vehicles, drivers and deadlines imported from your list.

Apps onto the devices
Through your device management (Managed Google Play, Apple Business Manager) or from the store. Enter the company code, sign in — nobody gets in without your instance.

Manage on drivable.software
With the same account: add or remove trucks, invoices, payment method, cancellation.
Questions about Drivable
How do I add trucks or cancel?
On drivable.software under “My Drivable”. More or fewer trucks apply immediately; Stripe pro-rates them on the next invoice. You can cancel monthly in the customer portal.
Do we need new devices?
Usually not. The driver app and the dispatch app run on iOS and Android, the office in any current browser. For mounted tablets there is kiosk mode through your device management.
Where is our data stored?
In a separate database just for your company, servers in the EU. There is no shared table with other customers.
We do not run MAN trucks.
Everything except the live map works without telematics. We connect other manufacturers on request.
What does setup cost?
A one-off 499 € net, invoiced by Balane GmbH. It covers creating the instance, importing vehicles, drivers and deadlines, and a short training for the office.
